24 hour notice required. Exceptions for proven emergencies or unique circumstances may be given by the owner of Bluegrass Mystic Company at her discretion, and on a case by case basis.

“No Shows” will be charged at $25 fee. Three “No Shows” in a row, or habitual “No Shows” will result in no longer being able to book appointments.
